Grounded in psychology, neuroscience, physiology, and kinesiology Empowered Yoga, Mindfulness & Lifestyle blends ancient practices of yoga and contemplative traditions with modern ideas in order to create practices which are relevant, accessible, grounded, and effective. We offer a vast selection of yoga teacher training programs, mindfulness courses, stress management, wellness coaching and holistic mental health counselling. We empower individuals through education and experiential practices encouraging a compassionate curiosity about who and how we are and what else might be possible. Our focus is integration and wholeness; acceptance over perfection.
