Join us at the luxurious Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge for a weekend of mindfulness based self-care. Discover mindfulness and self-compassion practices for melting tension, shifting the narrative around stress, and reconnecting to who and how you want to BE in your life. BEology: The science of inner peace and the art BEING awake, offers practices for everyday extraordinary living. Who we are being is what we are becoming and through self-awareness, compassion, and reflection we may begin to ask, who am I? and what else might be possible?
Our BEology retreats offer an immersion into mindfulness in a relaxed atmosphere. BEology is a blend of the science of inner peace and the art of engaged living. It is both a study and a living practice which focuses on self-compassion, self-care, and stress management through blending psychology, physiology, and eastern contemplative traditions. Our retreats are a blend of nature exploration, deep relaxation, mindfulness and psycho-eductation encouraging both insight and deep relaxation.
Over the course of the weekend there will be mindful movement classes (yoga), guided relaxation (yoga nidra) guided meditation, workshops on self-care and self compassion, and healthy delicious meals. You will also have access and time to enjoy the world class spa amenities or some time in nature. This retreat is perfect for those looking to getaway to re-connect to the self, or for this looking to re-connect with nature, an intimate partner, or connect with a group of friends.

Single, double and triple occupancy available through the below tickets. Deposits are non-refundable.
Single and double occupancy (King/Queen or 2 double beds) standard room
Triple occupancy Junior suite (sofa bed with 2 double bedsores king bed) lakeview or fire place room.
If you are traveling with your family or a group there may be 2-8 bedroom cabins available. Please contact us for these bookings.
Single Occupancy $1000 plus taxes
Double Occupancy $800/person plus taxes
Triple Occupancy Suite with fireplace or lake view $850/person plus taxes
For those staying off site or whom have arranged accommodations with family the cost of retreat (food included) is $500 plus taxes
