PTSD Yoga is an individualized approach that centres the student`s inner and outer experience in order to help the student gain bodily autonomy. In our time together the overall structure of the classes will be guided by trauma informed protocol. Conversation and interaction with the ongoing responses from each student to what is being offered will guide the flow of practice. The goal of PTSD Yoga is to offer each individual an opportunity to experience self regulation, choice making and personal power. Classes are beginner friendly and will be adapted for the bodies that show up. All bodies, genders, identities are welcome here.
