Teacher Training Modules and Intensives

At Empowered Yoga we are passionate about empowering through education and experience. Throughout the year we offer many different modules and intensives that allow students to explore various traditions, philosophies and practices.

These modules may be taken individually, used towards our 300HR Advanced Teacher Training program as well as many of the modules, when combined with an observed Therapeutic application project may be used towards our 800HR Embowered Body Yoga  program.

During this  online Restorative Yoga course we will learn the art of Restorative yoga through both discussion and practice.
