BEology Mindfulness Based Wellness: 10-week Life Practice Course

BEology combines the science of inner peace and the art of engaged living in order to cultivate a curriosity of who and how we are and what else might be possible. The 10-week online BEology Life Practice course integrates eastern contemplative practices with neuroscience, psychology, somatics, and narrative therapies into a living practice that allows us to be more awake in our moment-to-moment experiences and less stressed or reactive. Each week meditation and self-reflection practices are offered which are designed to increase awareness of the ways in which we unconsciously act and react, increase curiosity about what else might be possible and become more empowered in our moment-to-moment choices.
